Pregnancy yoga
Empowering, nurturing classes that offer you time and space to connect with your body and your baby, as you move through your pregnancy journey. As well as flowing through through safe, mindful sequences, you will learn breathing techniques to take off your mat and onwards into your birth experience and parenthood.

These classes are based on classic vinyasa flow sequences, with feel-good combinations of breathwork and asana to invite you to challenge yourself, tune in to your body and above all enjoy your practice.
