My passion projects
An intelligent approach to movement
With my background as a medical doctor and writer, I bring a scientific mind and deep anatomical knowledge to my teaching. My sequences are carefully crafted to move the body in the way it was designed to, with respect for our infinite individual variation.
A concious, connected core and pelvic floor
My own experiences of pregnancy and postpartum recovery plus specialised training have profoundly informed how I approach core and pelvic floor work in my teaching. My sequences integrate breathwork and movement to help build a functional, responsive balance of strength and length in these areas - crucial not just pre- and postnatally, but for life.
Yoga for every body
Everyone is welcome to practice with me, regardless of their previous experience of yoga. My personal recovery from a disordered relationship with eating and exercise means that an unrestricted, open-hearted approach to movement is a core value in my teaching. I invite you to meet yourself where you are and find joy in how your practice feels.
